Our therapy takes place in family homes and community settings across Howard County and Greater Baltimore. You’ll manage a reasonable caseload with robust BCBA supervision, developing fully individualized treatment programs grounded in assessment data.
We set you up for success with a clear, paved path. Our dedicated admin team guides you through administrative onboarding and credentialing step by step. From there, you’ll receive hands-on training in our practice management system, 1:1 clinical training with our Lead RBTs, paid shadowing, and a gradual caseload rollout, paired with a dedicated BCBA supervisor from day one so you never feel thrown into the deep end.
We believe clinical decisions should always come before billable targets. We never ask clinicians to bill for hours a child doesn’t need. Thanks to our commitment to accurate, ethical documentation, we hold a decade-long track record with zero funder recoupments.
Our Clinical Team regularly reviews session notes to support compliance with ethical guidelines, professional standards, and documentation requirements.

We do not impose minimum billable-hour requirements. Caseloads and schedules are structured around client needs, clinical responsibilities, and service availability.

Every clinician completes up to four background checks before entering a family home, and we reimburse the fees you pay for them, including CJIS fingerprinting.
